1. Acceptance of TermsBy booking a cab with Book Cab Now, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking. 2. Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 4 and 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. No-shows will be considered non-refundable. 3. Airport Pickup Policy Waiting time for airport pickups is 60 minutes from the flight’s actual landing time. If the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, additional charges will be applicable as per the disposable rate. 4. Pricing & Additional Charges The quoted fare includes tolls and parking charges. Payments made via credit or debit cards will incur a 5% surcharge as a bank processing fee. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Indian users only). Prices are based on point-to-point or itinerary basis. Extra travel or additional service requests may incur charges as per standard rates. 5. User Responsibilities The customer must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details while booking. Any delay or failure to meet the driver within the allotted waiting time may result in additional charges or cancellation. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of their belongings during the trip. Book Cab Now is not liable for any lost or misplaced items. 6. Service & Liability Disclaimer Book Cab Now shall not be liable for any delays due to traffic, weather conditions, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances. The company reserves the right to deny service in case of misconduct, intoxication, or behavior deemed inappropriate by the driver. 7. Amendments & ModificationsBook Cab Now reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the agreement before booking.
