Kathmandu is the starting point for many Nepal journeys, but “Kathmandu pickup” is not a precise meeting place. Tell us whether you need collection from Tribhuvan International Airport, a hotel, a bus park or a specific street. For airport arrivals, send the flight number and a working contact number; for a city pickup, share a map pin or nearby landmark.
Plan the right kind of ride
A short transfer within the valley calls for different planning than an intercity trip. If your day includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu, Boudha or Pashupatinath, list the stops in the order you prefer and say whether you want the vehicle to wait. Heritage areas may have pedestrian sections, so the driver may agree on a nearby drop-off point.
For travel out of the valley, give the destination, date, passenger count and luggage size. A family with large bags may need more space than the seat count alone suggests. Roadworks, weather and festival traffic can change a journey; confirm the pickup time and route shortly before departure.
